About the Role:

Unisys is looking for an Automation Testing Engineer to join their team in Bangalore. This role is best suited for professionals with 2–4 years of automation testing experience, particularly in Salesforce environments. As part of the team, you will contribute to test automation, feature validation, system debugging, and knowledge creation while collaborating across virtual teams.

What You’ll Do:

• Learn and adapt to team processes, tools, and assigned product areas.
• Implement defined tasks such as writing/running test cases and executing prewritten tests.
• Identify and document issues, assist in debugging, and provide initial analysis of problems.
• Fix simple code defects with guidance and create accurate change documentation.
• Collaborate with team members globally to ensure smooth test execution.
• Participate in innovation activities and knowledge document creation.
• Review test cases for clarity, accuracy, and efficiency.
• Work with automation tools to design, develop, and execute test scripts.
• Support CI/CD pipelines and system setup/maintenance.

Requirements:

• Bachelor’s degree in Computer Science, Information Technology, or related field.
• 2–4 years of experience in test automation (preferably Salesforce).
• Hands-on experience with automation tools (Selenium, Provar, TestNG).
• Familiarity with CI/CD tools (Jenkins, GitLab CI).
• Good understanding of Salesforce architecture, data models, and configurations.
• Knowledge of Apex testing frameworks and Salesforce APIs.
• Strong analytical, debugging, and communication skills.
• Ability to work in global virtual teams and handle assigned tasks independently.
